This week's Streaming Sunday feature is a movie about heavy metal legends. No it's not the story of Cannibal Corpse, Metallica, Pantera, Megadeth or likely any metal band you can name off. It's the story of aging rockers Anvil. They hit it big for a split second during the 80's touring with bands like The Scorpions, Whitesnake, and Bon Jovi.Well they haven't hit the big time since then and they've been hitting the road ever since. This is the story about playing music to play music NOT to make money. In fact on a lot of the band's former gigs THEY paid to travel there only to be shafted by the promoter after the show, receiving far less than promised. Their story is truly a story of friendship, passion and commitment.
