New United States Attorney General Eric Holder Jr. has reaffirmed his previous statement that this administration will recognize State Law and allow States to set their own legislature, as originally intended by our forefathers.

More importantly, providing a new shift in policy, the Obama Administration seems determined to not let political dogma to set policy, only science and fact. For the first time EVER the United States has a President open and willing to speak on any topic that is legitimate and has a feasible implementation plan. All options are available.
